The service
JustRipe provides AI-generated estimates of fruit ripeness from photos. Estimates are based only on visible exterior cues and are not a food-safety guarantee. Always inspect and smell produce before eating. Do not rely on JustRipe for allergy, spoilage, or medical decisions.
Credits
Scans are paid for with credits. Credit costs per scan and pack sizes are shown in the app. Credits are a license to use the service, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust credit costs or pack contents over time.
Purchases & refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests for store purchases are subject to the respective store's policies.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to defraud the credit system. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustRipe is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its estimates.
